Russian River/Point Arena Extension

In addition to the Core Team, the following people are involved in the expansion of OCOF around the Russian River (Bodega Head to Point Arena):


Natalie Cosentino-Manning, NOAA Fisheries/Habitat Blueprint

Natalie Cosentino-Manning is the Restoration Program Manager with the Southwest Region of NOAA Fisheries Restoration Center. She coordinates NOAA's Habitat Blueprint program in the Russian River Habitat Focus Area, which includes the expansion of OCOF north to Point Arena. Natalie serves on and helps to coordinate the technical working group, and is facilitating outreach in Sonoma County for the OCOF expansion.

Jessica Martini-Lamb, Sonoma County Water Agency

Jessica Martini-Lamb is an Environmental Resources Manager at the Sonoma County Water Agency, based in Santa Rosa, California. She manages the Water Agency’s Russian River Estuary Management Program and oversees environmental regulatory permitting and compliance, and biological and water quality monitoring for the Water Agency’s restoration, water supply, flood control, and sanitation projects. Jessica is the NOAA Habitat Blueprint funding contract manager for the Sonoma Coast/Russian River OCOF expansion and a participant in the technical working group.

NOAA Office for Coastal Management

NOAA's Office for Coastal Management (OCM) provides the technology, information, and management strategies used by local, state, and national organizations to address complex coastal issues. OCM staff serve on and help to coordinate the technical working group, and are facilitating outreach in Sonoma County for the OCOF expansion north to Point Arena.
