Citizen Science

Public Interest area

You don't have to be a scientist to contribute to important research. There are many projects that recruit individuals to perform tasks that allow scientists to attain their goals in a more timely manner. The individuals who volunteer to participate in these investigations are referred to as Citizen Scientists. Everyone benefits from this type of collaboration.

Want to be a part of the team? Search our list of Citizen Science Activities to learn about ways you can get involved in avian research.
