The MWADC goal is to improve conservation of birds and their habitats through the use of sound monitoring data, the best available science, and open, collaborative partnerships. We accomplish this by:
Establishing and maintaining a central location and data management solution for standardizing protocols, data entry tools, data archiving, and data access.
Improving the quantity, quality, and availability of data for scientific research;
Advancing new analysis and visualization techniques to understand bird population dynamics; and
Providing interactive tools to inform decisions for managers.
